Da’luk Youth Program Activities

Da’luk Youth Program Activities

Through evidence-based, culturally informed activities, the Da’luk Youth Program promotes leadership and advocacy skills, healthy risk taking, and social and emotional capacity-building. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, our programming is online only, but we are putting plans in place to provide safe in-person meetings, in accordance with local, state, and federal public health mandates and recommendations.

Some of our activities include:

  • Weekly youth group meetings
  • Health and Wellness-oriented skill-building and experiential activities
  • Culturally-rooted health and wellness guidance
  • Community-oriented advocacy and leadership projects
  • Participation in an annual youth summit
  • Digital media production opportunities
  • Traditional cultural bearer presentations
  • Participation incentives for youth
